UPD: customer service reached back out and rectified the problem. Onto the product. This spatula is very helpful for scooping product directly from the bullets, which I find to be easier to control than pumping out of the bullet.

I have tried reaching out maybe four times now due to a faulty blue bullet that came with my kit, but have yet to receive a response. Will probably take this up with my credit card company.

When I tried the product i was in shock the lipstick is Matte I so easy to do it and I really love create a new color everyday.
